TH01000™ Edge Blender™ is a ready-to-spray blending agent designed to melt-in the blend edge of Montana branded clears and single stage colors. TH01000™ Edge Blender™ helps to hide the blend edge where a full panel refinish can not be performed.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Application

Apply the single stage color coat or clear and blend as needed stepping each coat out past the previous coat. Allow for proper flash times between coats of material.• Immediately after applying the final blended coat of single stage color, or clear, mix TH01000™ at a 1:1 ratio with the topcoat just sprayed. Step this out a few inches beyond the previous coat.• In a clean gun Unless spraying clear (empty out clear but do not clean) Add a few ounces of TH01000• Reduce air pressure slightly to 6-8 psi and apply 1 - 2 coats of TH01000™ working the solvent beyond the blend edge.• Do not flood the edge. Do not apply more solvent than needed to meltthe edge.• Hand polish after total dry or the next day for best results
